weird looking bird - bush with india ink and red inkI try to draw from my own photographs or from life, but I don't have a fish. I found the source picture for this on flickr.com, although I can't find the link now.
I lightly drew the shape of the fish in pencil. I also sketched some of the shapes of the shadows, then using very diluted india ink and red ink, I painted in those shapes, and this fish appeared.
